Nueva Andalucia is the largest urbanisation, both in size and population, in Marbella. Well known addresses such as Puerto Banus, Aloha, Las Brisas, La Cercilla and Los Naranjos – all is part of Nueva Andalucia .
Nueva Andalucia stretches from The Beaches around Puerto Banus and 5-6 km inland up the Valley. Within this area there is 5 Golf Courses (La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf and La Dama Noche)
Here you will find excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, gyms, various professional offices, cinemas etc. In other words everything you need.
The dwellings in Nueva Andalucia are a mix between villas, townhouses and apartments. A two-bed apartment in this area will cost from 270-280 Euros up to +1.000 000 Euros. A three bedroom townhouse you can find from 350 000 up to 7-800 000 Euros. A four bedroom villa will set you back 800 000 Euros and upwards.
Nueva Andalucia is a highly cosmopolitan place, with people from all over the world having their main or second home here.
Many places at the cost there are places that are full of live and activities during the summer months – but the rest of the year is quite dead, and many shops etc. close outside main seasons. That is luckily not the case in Nueva Andalucia. Here you will have al amenities available year round.
